At Joyvelle Gifts, every item is made to order and personalized especially for you. Because our products are custom-created based on your specifications, they cannot be resold or restocked.
We don't offer refunds, so please double-check your item and design before checking out.
Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for orders where the personalization details provided by the customer were entered incorrectly or where the customer changes their mind after purchase.
Please carefully review all personalization details before completing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your purchase. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@joyvellegifts.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update a personalization detail or make a change to your order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at contact@joyvellegifts.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. However, once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, customers generally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases made online.
However, this right does not apply to personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products that are created according to the customer's specifications.
As all products sold by Joyvelle Gifts are personalized and made to order, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase.
