On the product page, you'll find a personalization form. Simply fill in the details we need — this could include:

  • A photo upload (for photo-based products)
  • Colour or style preferences

Once you've entered your details, review your personalisation carefully before adding the item to your cart. Double-check names, dates, and spellings — our team prints exactly what you submit, so accuracy matters!

Complete your order at checkout. We accept all major payment methods and your information is always kept safe and secure.

Our team gets to work! Every Joyvelle gift is individually crafted with care. We review your personalisation details, produce your item to the highest quality standards, and prepare it for dispatch.

Production time: Most personalised items are ready within 1–3 business days.

📦 Step 6: Delivery to Your Door

Your beautifully packaged gift is shipped directly to you — or straight to the lucky recipient. We offer tracked shipping so you always know where your order is.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after production.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Reach out at contact@joyvellegifts.com and we'll do our best to help before production begins.

What if I made a spelling mistake?

Please review your personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for spelling errors submitted by the customer. If the error is on our side, we'll always make it right — free of charge.

Can I upload a photo?

Yes! Many of our products support custom photo uploads. Simply use the photo upload button on the product page. For best results, use a clear, high-resolution image (at least 800 x 800 pixels). We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats under 10MB.

Will my gift arrive gift-ready?

Absolutely. All Joyvelle gifts are carefully packaged and arrive ready to give. No price tags, no fuss — just a beautiful gift your recipient will love.

Can I personalise a gift as a surprise for someone else?

Of course! Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. Your order confirmation and invoice will only be sent to your email — never included in the parcel.
